"I got a house and car insurance with them ask to get a specific policy which they didn’t comply, cancelled since February, we're in July and still haven’t got my refund, never return my calls, make yourself a favour and don’t get insurance with them"

"Hi Mrs. Peña, Thank you for your patience. I’d like to clarify what happened regarding your refund. The payment was processed through our office. After that, it appears your bank reversed/cancelled the payment following a request made to them. Once the reversal occurred, State Farm was required to return the funds to your bank. Because State Farm never ended up keeping the money, there isn’t a refund balance available for us to issue. If you’d like, you can contact your bank to confirm the reversal/cancellation date and any reference information. If you see anything different than what I’ve explained, please reach out to me directly at ivan@myagentivan.com.
